Every community has specific issues to be addressed by their comprehensive plan. That is why we take the time to get to know you and your community, understand your planning and development history and future goals before we begin researching and writing. We do this by listening, analyzing and understanding your community’s larger issues and opportunities.

Consequently, when we write comprehensive plans for rural towns, suburban communities, growing cities and counties, they are complete and relevant documents that the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) finds sufficient and compliant, and local governments find meaningful.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

On multiple occasions, TMPG has been asked by local governments to take over during the process when new comprehensive plans were being written, or plans were being updated. We also have taken over projects to provide responses to DCA’s objections, recommendations and comments (ORC) for plan and plan amendments that were prepared by others.
